Foreclosure is theft pure and simple. The bank never lent you any money. You signed a promise to pay which the bank took, monetized up to 9 times the original pledge amount then sold that monetized note to investors all before you made your 3rd of 4th payment. When you stop giving into the fraud, the bank starts a foreclosure process to sue for a lien that was paid off by mortgage insurance. By the time your head stops spinning, your home, savings and sanity are gone.

As stated directly in form 3010 of FANNIE MAE UNIFORM INSTRUMENT mortgage contract: “Mortgage Insurance reimburses Lender (or any entity that purchases the Note) for certain losses it may incur if Borrower does not repay the Loan as agreed.”
At this point the mortgage insurance company should be the owner of the property because it paid off the note!!! For some reason, this is not how it works in our current ‘fraudclosure’ system….

Fraud involving mortgage loans, and/or foreclosure proceedings are increasingly less tolerated by courts. In addition, some mistakes and fraud actually violate laws and your rights as a homeowner and consumer under the TILA, RESPA, and by State and Federal Acts. We have even seen cases where the mortgage did not match the note. That fact alone can stop the foreclosure dead in its tracks.
