Hahaha… well I think in the US, they basically have enough money to keep hammering anyone and everyone in hopes of just a few spam e-mail. It justifies it in the end because of the contract you sign and the APR you pay.

    Damn credit cards.

  3. patriotaction August 28, 2013 at 2:25 PM - Reply

    I’ve tried that.

Dit it work? Or did it get sent back to you? If everyone did that and it, at least, got handled again at the post office, maybe the post office would get pissed enough to stop it. 😉

Well, it didn’t come back to me, but I don’t know that it stopped anything.

Please save your Business Reply Postage Paid Envelopes from credit card offers. Then Mail the credit companies a brick or other heavy object using their own postage permit. This is a legitamate business reply as long as it goes to the address printed with the permit #

I saved all of my Capitol One offers for the year 2007. I have 41 in a stack with only a couple of days left this year. I’m going to place their shredded remains in the Postage Paid Envelopes and send them back. I shouldn’t have to ‘opt out’, I should never have been on their mailing list in the first place.

One can’t see why one would should be so upset about some thing like this; for example if a tree was struck by lightning in the forest and you didn’t know about it would you be just as upset?
    Just wondering.
Also, what would one rather do; what would one do with the time gained in minutes per week, were there no unsolicited mail received by your good self?
    Just wondering; thanks for posting.

It annoys me when credit card companies send me stuff, too. I usually get pre approved mastercards. I just shred them when I get them.
I wonder if one of those petitions would help with anything, like on petitiononline.

I appreciate your attempt, but those credit card companies are extremely greedy and powerful. They’ll just laugh at us! I understand where you’re coming from though, I receive non-stop credit card offers too. You should watch the documentary Maxed Out, if you haven’t already.

next time rip the application form and stick it their prepaid envelope along with some unwanted coupons that you get from valpak and mail it.

To stop these companies sending you such offers, call them and ask them to take your details off their database and also to stop sending you future offers. That should help and good luck. By the way, shredded paper can be recycled.

I usually just rip them up and throw them in the garbage can, but that costs money because trash bags are not cheap. It adds up after a while.

I realy sick of it too .. I got them to stop a long time ago and now they have started back… I used to mail them all they stuff back stuffing the mailer realy full of other crap and now you cant do that.. the harrass you and then can sue you for sending there crap back to them…

  23. andywilliams63 August 28, 2013 at 5:39 AM - Reply

Simple, wipe your arse on the letter and send it back to them in their pre paid envelope

  24. thedarkener August 28, 2013 at 4:43 AM - Reply

They can’t sue you for that! Especially if you don’t send them back the forms with your name on them 😉 Try a wooden plank – there’s another video on YT that is even better than this one, costs more to them to have shit sent back and they can’t trace it back to you hehe
