I agree. Until banks start to lend again and businesses hire and commercial real estate turns the corner we will be looking at a stagnant residential market. But after a 60% correction in Phoenix I do believe that now is a good time to buy a home, especially if you are renting and you can enjoy all the tax benefits of home ownership.

real estate is still very dry because of the commercial industry being sooooo dry too. once the job sector stop closing businesses then it is safe to buy house(s).
