Thank You! I totally agree; housing is not a human right! and when people like us make points like that or my continuing arguement with someone that when you buy something with someone else’s money its not yours – we are condemned for sticking up for the bankers which we are not doing – yes the bankers should be held accountable for illegal actions but that doesnt mean it isnt stupid to think houseing is a human right or that it isnt stupid to spend money you dont have

can you make a sound arguement that housing is a human right (instead of just calling someone names bc you dont like what they said?)

” if you cant buy the house dont buy the house(with loan)..”
    ==
You know there was a time people buy house with loan without worry of being cheated by the lenders because the regulations were protecting the consumers?
What good did it to de-regulate the rules?

” i am a renter. If you cant save while paying rent DownSize..”

Of course, because you don’t have a choice.
If you can only afford 12 yr old Jeep (How much did you pay, $1500.- ?), you are certain in below poverty line group.
Do you have a credit card? It cost you nothing if you pay off all you charged and they even give you some money back. That’s a good indication if you can get qualified to get loans to buy a house, which you say you do but I doubt it.

Answer what you said in private message here again so people can see it(and see how ridiculous it is).
How many people do you know buy a house with cash?

  6. Sarah Smith August 28, 2013 at 2:18 AM - Reply

I dont have to devolge my finacial situaiton for my point about the mentality of spending money you dont have. (and i didnt by the jeep yesterday honey) you only prove my point by trying to talk down about what i can or cant afford – wanting more than you can afford is not the same as needing what you cant afford. housing is not a human right – one will have to sacrifice to get ahead sometimes. you lack of willingness to accept that shows how brainwashed into spending you are

  7. Sarah Smith August 28, 2013 at 1:55 AM - Reply

then stop sending me private messages. I have met at least 3 outside of my uncle who is a great example of taking what he earned and flipping it. he bought a house in full, rent it out for cash – takes that cash buys another house (ONCE HE HAS ALL THE CASH) he has 3 houses to rent out now. he does not live a lavish life but has more finacial security than most. my lack of debt makes me more futher along in the rat race because what i own – i actually own – howis this obserd

  8. Sarah Smith August 28, 2013 at 1:20 AM - Reply

you keep on questioning my perspective like you are trying to prove me wrong – can you make a sound arguement that the only way to buy things is to use debt??

“my uncle does it on the regular. he uses the cash he makes from renting the last one..”

    I’m not asking an example.
I’m asking you how many do you know.
    Is your answer just 1?

  10. Sarah Smith August 28, 2013 at 12:10 AM - Reply

“I have met at least 3 outside of my uncle…” from the comment you decided not to respond to an hour ago alittile down the page. I say “at least” because there are alot of business people i have met in passing that do similar things.

never said deregulation of banks was good But Thats Not The Topic Here. Doing any business with people that have proven to be corrupt(bankers) is stupid – they never cared about regulation anyway – common knowledge. My philosophy that spending money you dont have is stupid Stands.
if you can make a valid point that spending money you dont have is not bad or that you actually own the things bought with money you dont have ill continue with you but untill then good day

    Only 3?
Have you walked around in your neighborhood ask the homeowners if they bought house with loan or cash?
    What the percentage will be?

When it comes to buying a house,.for the big majority of people yes, to get the loan is the only way.
That’s why I’m asking you how many people (and not buying houses for the business but to live in) do you know buy a house with cash?
You can prove me that it’s realistic to buy houses in cash by showing what percentage of people do that.
    What I know, it’s almost 0.

you keep trolling sarah have fun with that there is enough wealth and resources in this fucking world for people not to be homeless you defending big banks committing crimes against poor people you fucking troll get a fucking brain

  15. Sarah Smith August 27, 2013 at 10:46 PM - Reply

you keep proving my point – that the average person is brainwashed into thinking that they have to use the banks and loans which is what gives the banks alot of their controll. you can negotiate things without a bank but most people dont because they have been told for so long that debt is ok. why do you think they keep tell you that – because your debt to them gives them the controll over you. what is your point because this has been mine from the beginning

  16. Sarah Smith August 27, 2013 at 10:15 PM - Reply

if having a conversation with that person and then questioning why you hate their point so much is trolling (?!dont even think you know what that means?!) and how in the world is saying we should take the power away from banks by not allowing yourself to be owned by them through debt backing banks???!!!??? (yeah and im the one without the brain htf)

Like you, I know a few people who buy houses and sell or rent them after fixing them up. Borrowing money is a part of their business to fix multiple houses at once and the lenders are their partners which gives them special deal as returning customer.
If your uncle’s story is not made up by you, he has no sense of business, probably the former.
Here’s the deal. I’ll give you the number of those people I know, you give your uncle’s number.
    How’s that?

  18. Sarah Smith August 27, 2013 at 9:51 PM - Reply

i havent been trying to prove anything to you – question me all you want but im not about to give my uncle’s number to some stanger from a political conversation that happened on the internet. if you think that is reasonable youre crazy.
you dont have to believe me. you dont have to agree with me. it really doesnt bother me if i dont reach you.
i still dont see what you are trying to prove to me – you seem to be arguing in favor of bank’s controll over people though lending

  19. Sarah Smith August 27, 2013 at 9:28 PM - Reply

how’s that? you seem to be taking this alittle too far – you dont have to believe me. i know what is true – btw what was the point in quoting that comment – your response didnt relate to it at all

Why do you have a problem with proving you are not making up anything?
I’m not trying to prove anything on my side. I’m trying to prove you are wrong.
You can make up anything on the net, but what do you accomplish by lying?

Your uncle is in business and his business number is open to the public, in fact firs thing he’d do to pass out his business card.

  22. Sarah Smith August 27, 2013 at 7:40 PM - Reply

he doesnt have a business card – he doesnt run a business – he is a retired welder. when he has the money to buy a house he does and then puts it up for rent – you dont have to be running a business to do that. im not about to give my uncle’s number to an overzealous troll on the internet – thats crazy
Wait till you have the money to spend the money or someone else owns you – bottom line – why do you feel like arguing that – what point are you trying to make???
