How much is exchange rate for dollars on black market in Nepal? (to Nepali Rupees)?

I want to change $5000 (USD) to Nepali Rupees. I know the bank rate is $1 for 84.73 NPL right now. I heard that I can change the dollars on the black market for 5-15% over the bank rate. How much can I exchange the dollars for exactly in Kathmandu on the black market (highest rate)?

I would better advise you to change your money through Nepal Rastra Bank to get good rate if the money is legal otherwise try some money exchanger but be careful if it is legal or illegal.
