    Either stop foreclosure by having an audit done regarding the fact that the bank does not own it. It’s the investor who buy the bond you mortgage swam in with the other loans packaged, and since the sec deems once it became a security the promissory note was no longer valid, then this makes the deed of trust and the trustee powerless. Go to living lies.com he has a top notch blog, and does the forensic audit that must be certified too.

    Or, pay close attention to the affidavit(s) the bank, Servicer, trustee is willing to swear to the judge and our courts as the gospel of what happened. They lie and it’s fraud. However, the problem is that the judges are not deemed as biased if they follow the statute which clearly and simply says, the court does not have to weigh any evidence by the borrower or their attorney if the creditor files an affidavit, there is not cause for the judge to have any lead way to question. It’s over.
